ResearchThe purpose of this survey was to investigate teacher supply, teacher attrition, teacher remuneration and motivation, teacher absenteeism and union involvement in policy development in six Anglophone African countries: The Gambia, Kenya, Lesotho, Tanzania Uganda and Zambia.
